Add ability to quickly provision infrastructure of various MLOps stacks

Potentially use an external tool to quickly spin up full, production MLOps stacks that can be used to showcase ZenML features.

• as a SE/MLE, I want to quickly create a complete production ready ZenML stack, so that I can use it to evaluate ZenML and determine if it can solve my production related problems

We can integrate with FuseML/Combinator/K3AI for quick spin-up of production stacks.
